Not suprisingly, national banks have more complex challenges than your local branch. Bank of America was looking for solution a to better understand their customers, so they can set better expectations for their individual banks.
We created a rebust application that allowed national product managers to balance objectives for their branches across the country. Using Pitney Bowes' reverse geolocation API, we were able to view of customers on a block-to-block comparison. We could assess a customer's needs based upon what products other customers on their block they were using. This allowed us to more accurately predict what a customer's short term needs are and what goals the bank manager can set for her employees. Let the bank save time and money by offering their customers the right product at the right time.
