Level 3 operates a global network that makes up the infrastructe that we, as regular people, know as the internet.
They provide video, voice, and content delivery for the largest companies throughout the developed world. With that level of complexity, their customers require an evironment where they can manage their network needs.
We assited Level 3 in developing their customer portal. Part of this work was a dashboard that cetralizes portal information for fast access to all of Level 3's services. This included visualizing real-time data that displayed business-critial information. This helped ensure reliable and secure data when and where their customers need it.
